Refund policy

We offer free and easy returns on all unwanted Sun Zapper products. To qualify for a refund, items must be unopened with the seal intact for hygiene reasons. Please notify us within 60 days of receiving your order if you’d like a refund, and return the goods within 7 days after that. Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days.
