Questions from shops
Do you supply online-only shops?
No. We only supply businesses with a physical shop that customers can walk into. We don't supply online-only retailers, marketplace sellers or drop-shippers.
I have a shop and a website. Can I apply?
Yes. If customers can walk into your shop, you're welcome to apply. Mention your website in the form and we'll talk you through how we work with shops that also sell online.
What's the minimum order?
Once we've looked at your application, we'll send our trade prices, minimum order and payment terms.
Which products can I stock?
Our UK range includes zinc sticks in white, colours and skin tones, the Extreme zinc sticks, Pure Zinc SPF 50 and Kids SPF 50. Tell us about your customers and we'll suggest where to start.
Are your zinc sticks mineral only?
No. Our zinc sticks contain zinc oxide plus other UV filters. For customers who want mineral only, stock the Pure Zinc range, which uses 25% non-nano zinc oxide and no chemical UV filters.
Can children use Sun Zapper?
Pure Zinc SPF 50 and Kids SPF 50 are suitable for children over 6 months. Keep babies under 6 months out of direct sun.
