Returns and refunds.

Any unopened Sun Zapper product with its seal intact. Let us know within 60 days of receiving your order.

Opened or used products that aren't faulty, for hygiene reasons. That's the only exception: if something is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we'll replace or refund it even if it's been opened.

1. Email gday@sunzapper.uk with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll send you a free return label.
3. Pack the unopened products securely and send them back within 7 days of contacting us.

Once your return reaches us and we've checked it, we'll refund you within 2 working days, to your original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 working days to show it on your statement.

If something arrives damaged, is faulty or isn't what you ordered, email gday@sunzapper.uk with your order number and a photo. You're entitled to a replacement or a refund, even if you've opened it, and we'll cover the cost of sending it back.

This policy is in addition to your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It doesn't affect them.
